  1. Consider having AIML translate your organization's display materials before your event.
  2. Submit speeches, agendas, announcements, names, etc. to AIML before your event.
  3. Collaborate with AIML before your event to establish glossaries of company/industry jargon, frequently used company/industry phrases, etc.
  4. Petition AIML for help in the planning of your event. AIML has participated in numerous small and large scale events and it's likely that they have been similar to yours.

Interpretation Practices and Prices

Simultaneous interpreters always work in pairs. Therefore, a minimum of two (2) interpreters is required for any simultaneous interpretation.
 
For consecutive interpretation durations of more than two (1) hour, a minimum of two (2) interpreters is required.
 
Telephonic interpetation is priced by the minute and is the same for all languages.
