Accuracy
AIML guarantees 100% accuracy when completing your project. All interpretations are guaranteed to be accurate and as close to verbatim as possible. Complaints, questions, or concerns about interpreting should be directed to AIML immediately.
 
AIML will not bid on a technical interpretation project if it does not have qualified, experienced interpreters capable of providing 100% accuracy.
 
Punctuality
AIML guarantees its interpreters will be punctual to all scheduled meetings and events.
